Keep the joy alive this holiday season. With practical tips covered in this session, you can enjoy the holiday cheer and minimize your holiday stress.   

11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.           Living a Healthy Lifestyle through Nutrition and Exercise

Committing to a healthy lifestyle can be challenging in this high pace day and age. In this session, you will learn that there is no magic bullet to instant good health and longevity. But that through both healthy eating and regular exercise you can have the image and life you've always wanted!

The importance of food safety and hygiene cannot be overstated, as millions of people become sick every year due to not taking the proper precautions when preparing food. So, as many of you get ready to prepare your upcoming holiday feasts, learn the things you can do to better protect yourself and your family.  
1:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Breast Cancer Awareness *NEW*

2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.                     American Diabetes Association

Nearly 26 million children and adults in the United States have diabetes and another 79 million Americans have prediabetes and are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. With that being the case, this session will focus on how to live a life free of diabetes; as well as share information to those who may already have it to live better and healthier lives.   

 

2:45 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.                     South Park Chiropractic; Dr. Jared Silberstein

Are you seeking diagnoses, treatment and/or relief from conditions and disorders related to your back, neck, pelvis or  joints? If so, you might want to stop by for this session as it is aimed at helping you put the pieces back in order for the holidays and beyond. Note:  Dr. Jared will be on site all day for live demonstrations (Bldg 300; Suite 160 ONLY).
